this is the estate we are building, Alamanda Estate at Point Cook, about 20km from Melbourne city
(distance roughly from Yuen Long to Tsuen Wan via Tai Lam Tunel in HK)
very similar to large estate in HK, gym, pool, tennis court, kids playgrounds, childcare, schools, parks, optical fibre internet..... sounds not bad , isn't it?
something never seen in HK is a land sale office. you buy a piece of land first then employ a building company to build a house. the land you buy is at permanent title , you can keep the land forever.
